My husband and I were raised in Catholic families in Colombia, and from an early age our parents taught us the fundamental moral principles of the Catholic religion. But on April of 1989, when we were born again, we began to understand the true meaning of being a Christian and since then our relationship with God has become more personal. Since then we began to write. José Joaquin wrote reflections about the love of God and messages of hope for humanity, and I wrote wise advice for all families everywhere.

I WILL: FOLLOW AND SOW

Hello Family and friends of this Blog. Today I want to share with you some portions of a message that I found in my archive and that, although anonymous, bring us beautiful teachings because we must always be optimistic even if we see a lot of darkness. Enjoy it.
I will continue to believe even if everyone loses hope. I am going to keep giving love, even if others spread hate. I will continue building even if others destroy. I will continue to shine in the midst of so much darkness. And I will continue to sow although others tread the harvest. I will draw smiles on faces with tears and give reasons to be joyful where there is only sadness. I will beckon the one who has stalled, to press on; I will raise the arms that are weary. But if someday you see that I do not follow, I do not smile or be at peace, please, come closer, give me a hug and give me a smile because the most likely thing is that life slapped me for a moment and that only a glance from God will make me return my gaze to Him.
Then, it will be like the song of the composer Abraham Fernandez: "I will sow the precious seed of the glorious gospel of love, I will sow while I live and I will leave the result to the Lord. I will plant as long as I live, the seed of love; I will plant in sensible hearts the doctrine of the God of forgiveness, I will sow, I will sow while I live and I will leave the result to the Lord. I will plant in marble hearts the blessed word of God. I will sow, I will sow while I live and I will leave the result to the Lord. "
Remember, the most difficult hug is not the first but the last. So, enjoy today distributing love everywhere since the Lord’s coming is nearer than you think. The impossible today will be possible tomorrow. Wait always hurts. The problems of this life always have a solution. Life is short, so love it. Work efficiently and on a regular schedule. Rest properly, but above all it grow internally and spiritually because it is the most transcendental thing since it is eternal.
Do not forget that smiling is the simplest form of gratitude and the language of intelligent people. Do not lose God's blessings just because they do not come wrapped in the way you expect. We should always thank God, even in the midst of problems. Thank you Lord for this beautiful day and the light that shines on us, and because I can pray and trust you when I cannot find solutions; thank you because you are my greatest joy although I do not see you with my bodily eyes; I trust you are by my side and guide me to all truth. So, we want to sing the greatness of your love. I love you Jesus.
Come on brothers, be grateful you also for the blessings you are enjoying, and continue to sow love.
With love,
                            Maria Fanny Agudelo
