My husband and I were raised in Catholic families in Colombia, and from an early age our parents taught us the fundamental moral principles of the Catholic religion. But on April of 1989, when we were born again, we began to understand the true meaning of being a Christian and since then our relationship with God has become more personal. Since then we began to write. José Joaquin wrote reflections about the love of God and messages of hope for humanity, and I wrote wise advice for all families everywhere.

THE LAST END OF MAN

Man's end is either death, judgment, and hell, or glory, and happiness in heaven. Death is death, and no one can escape it, neither can anyone escape judgment which can either be to be justified or condemned; but between hell and Heaven we can choose the one we want. And it is obvious that we all choose the GLORY, but it must be in this life time. When life ends there is no solution:  we will go where we decided to go during our life time, and we will be there forever. What do you choose friend?
I  don’t think there’s anyone that doesn’t want to go to Heaven, but it is good to understand that our salvation is called JESUS CHRIST; because there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Dear friends of the world who are enjoying life today, you cannot remain silent, answer the call. We are going to Heaven if we just follow the Lord because we have it at our fingertips. In the arms of JESUS we are safe; we cannot doubt the infinite opportunity that Father God gives us.
Friends and brothers follow the beautiful examples of the saints, but in all follow the person of JESUS. This writing is for all my friends, known and unknown, but it is also for my brothers, i.e. all the redeemed by Christ who believe in the Lord to be always motivated to share the love of God.
Sincerely,

A FATHER'S ADVICES

Beloved family and dear friends of the Blog, when I find in my e-mail or in my file something that will build us up, immediately I think of you because I love sharing beautiful things with you for to the glory of God. So, today I would like to offer you these rich father’s tips to his son when he went to the university. Jackson Brown wrote to his son while his son was far from his home in the university. His son decided to photocopy his letter and distribute it among his peers. The message was so successful that a publisher requested Brown’s authorization to edit it into a book: Life's little Instructions Book. This publication quickly became a bestseller translated into several languages.
Brown wrote to his son like this:

Marry the right woman; ninety percent of your happiness or misery will depend on this decision.

Always do what’s right no matter what others think. Put your claims in the framework of your possibilities. Choose a business partner in the same way you would choose a tennis partner; look for someone that he is strong where you are weak and vice versa. Avoid negative people because they always have a problem for every solution. Mistrust braggarts because nobody brags of his abundance. Go to your commitments on time; punctuality is the respect for the time of others. Trust people, but please close your car with a key. Don't forget that there is nothing more difficult to answer than the questions of fools. Learn to look at people from their shoes and not from yours. Show respect for the people who do the heavier work. Don't forget that silence is sometimes the best answer. Don’t despise a good idea just because you don't like the person who comes up with it. Don't lose your sense of humor and learn to laugh at your own mistakes.
Don't expect another person know what you feel or want if you don’t tell it. Don't make comments about the any person’s weight, nor tell him that he is losing hair because he already knows it. Always remember the birthdays of the ones you love. Don’t drive cars that are very expensive, but take the pleasure of having a good home. Shake hands with firmness and look people in the eye. Give a hand to your children every time you have the opportunity because the time will come when they will not let you do so. Never threaten your children if you are not willing to comply. Even if you have a lot of money, make your children pay part of their studies. Treat your employees with the same respect you treat your customers. Make two copies of the photos you take and send one to each person who appears in them. Never buy a cheap bed because we are on it for a third of our life. Don't confuse comfort with happiness. Don't buy anything electrical in a crafts fair. Listen twice as much as you talk; that's why we have two ears and one mouth. When you need
professional advice, ask it to professionals not to your friend. Learn how to distinguish who are your friends and who are your enemies. Don't forget, jealousy is the tribute that the mediocrity pays talent. If you don't want to feel frustrated, don't make unattainable goals. Don’t confuse wealth with success. Remember that great love and great challenge also include great risk. The people that are happy not necessarily have everything. Don't forget that happiness is not a goal but a long way to go; enjoy it while going through life. Don't forget that there is no second chance to make a good impression. People get more things done by means of incentives than by reproach. Tell the weak that he is strong and you'll see him try hard.
Finally, learn to spend time with others and discover the joy of being useful to your neighbor because he who doesn’t live to serve knows not how to live.
Mr. Brown ends here.

I would like to add one more advice: The best part of your life is when you PRAY because you talk with the one who loves you ever so much, JESUS CHRISTTake this time to pray this prayer of faith:
Heavenly Father, I believe in the perfect sacrifice that you did on the cross for humanity. I know that I am a sinner; please forgive me all my sins, clean me with your precious blood. Make me a new creature.
I accept You into my heart as my personal Lord and Savior because I know that you died on the cross for me to get me away from the slavery of sin. And I also know that You rose from the dead, and You are in Heaven now. Please write my name in the Book of Life so that I can be in Heaven with You forever. And I ask all this in your holy name, O Lord Jesus Christ, Amen."

I believe that Mr. Brown, although he did not mention his Creator in any of his advices, surely knows God because it is impossible for a person who does not believe in Jesus Christ neither reads The Bible to give such wise tips. By their fruits you will know them. God help us to practice these important guidelines for life!

With love,
