THE HORIZON OF LIFE

                               I

From this place on Earth,

Allow me to express some words with love.

                              II

The horizon of life is very clear,

Let’s awake from our lethargy to go into the great beyond.

                              III

The morning sun begins to shine,

Just the sun of eternity.

                              IV

The radiant aurora of our lives begins to shine

And let's begin to see everything that we will receive.

                               V

Father God, we don’t want anything more,

Than to go with you into eternity.

                               VI

Our determination comes from our dedication to you,

To rejoice in the joys of Heaven.

                              VII

Don’t ask me anymore because our joy is complete,

We are with the King completely content.

                              VIII

We want to be in the arms of the Lord,

And our joy and security cannot be taken away.

                               IX

On Earth there is pain and we have no doubt,

But it will never overshadow the bliss of eternity.

                                X

Peace, peace, sweet peace,

Father God this peace lasts forever.

CHRISTMAS

“For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”

Isaiah 9:6

Dear esteemed readers,

Today I would like to tell you about what children younger than 10 years old think. Don’t forget that the Lord tells us that we should imitate children and what a better time to do that than during Christmas. I remember when I was a young girl, people told me that I could make a request to the Lord because He always listened to children. And so I would like to tell you about some of the letters that some children from Italy sent to the Lord Jesus this Christmas. Let’s remember that even the simple presence of a child can change our demeanor into a joyful one.

An elementary professor from the south of Italy had the custom of having his children write a letter to baby Jesus. Here are some of the thoughts of these children:

Nora: Dear baby Jesus,

I haven’t felt alone since I discovered that you exist.

Marcos: Dear baby Jesus, don’t worry about me, I always look both sides before crossing the street.

Dario: Baby Jesus, we’ve studied that Thomas Edison discovered the light, but in our religion class we were told that it was you and I think he stole your idea.

Jian-Luca: Baby Jesus, thanks for the little brother, but I asked for a dog.

Lorenzo: Baby Jesus, maybe Cain and Abel wouldn’t have fought if they’d have different rooms, it works for my brother and I.

Ricardo: Baby Jesus, sometimes I think about you although I’m not praying.

Matteo: Baby Jesus, if you see me at church on Sunday, I’ll show you my new shoes.

Juan: Baby Jesus, you know, I really like how you made my girlfriend Simonetta.

Pedro: Baby Jesus, are you really invisible or is it just a trick?

Catherine: Baby Jesus, you’re so smart, every night you manage to put the stars in the exact same spot.

Clara: Baby Jesus, you mark our sins in red like my teacher marks my grades.

Daniela: You know things before they are invented.

Mauricio: Baby Jesus, if you hadn’t made the dinosaurs disappear there wouldn’t be room for us; you’ve done a good job.

Andrea: I like the Lord’s Prayer,

when I write something I have to repeat it.

Marina: Baby Jesus, in our religions class we’re taught about everything you do, but when you go on vacation who takes over?

Violet: Baby Jesus, I bet it’s really hard to love the whole world, there are only four people in my family and I haven’t been able to do it.

Valerio: Baby Jesus, I don’t think there could be a better God than you.

Roberto: Baby Jesus, I’m Italian, what about you?

Andres: My brother says I’m ugly and weak, but I’m glad because that way I wouldn’t have to have a girl to bother me, what do you think?

Don’t forget that because he loved us so the Lord

sent His son and because of love the Son gave Himself for us and Christ helped us know everything that the Father is: light and love. All this is motivation for us to worship God who made himself a man, from the manger to the cross. Let’s remember that Jesus is the reason for the season. Let’s celebrate Christmas in family with love.

UNDERSTANDING THE LIFE THAT ONLY COMES FROM GOD

Could there be a more sweeter thought  that when we finished this instant of life, we will enter into an eternal Heaven that cover us forever and ever? And best yet, nothing and no one can take away the joy of incalculable value. Since you gave us father God, this is ours and we will not step back to despise the wealth of infinite value. You are blessed father, Lord's work is all about. There is no better friend than God himself. We gather on Earth as we will be gathered in Heaven. In isolation we cannot understand salvation.

We understand why the Lord told us: Where there are 2 or 3  gathered together in my name, there am I. We also understand that our Father God does not take us to Heaven by crook. Heaven is full of repentant sinners who decide to be obedient and live in love with God. And hell is also full of sinners who despise God's grace and have suppressed the redeeming blood of Jesus Christ. We would like that place of torment not reach anyone, and instead the Lord will take us all for His Kingdom, will this be possible?

AGREEMENT WITH GOD

Hello dear family and friends of the blog, did you know that God likes agreements? That's why He made an agreement with Abraham, Noah, Moses, Israel and the Church. These agreements were sealed with blood. In antiquity were sealed with the blood of a spotless lamb without blemish. The pact with the Church was sealed with the blood of Jesus Christ. Do not forget that the word pact has several synonyms such as covenant, agreement, contract, and arrangement. Why all this? Because I want to tell a story or rather a pact which I made with God in the morning of November 11, 2014.

When we have insomnia or rather when we cannot sleep, we should seek for  God and talk to Him. Remember to do this is the best, rather than analyze problems and troubles of everyday life. Was so, I started talking to God achieving the silence of the night, since he does not like the bustle of the world. Then I told him to forgive me my sins and not knowing how to pray as he pleases because I always bring a large list of my ailments and needs. I dared to tell him, I prefer we will make an agreement . He replied, ready what do you want? I proposed, Lord, I'll try not to bring such a long list of needs because I thought enough to accept me two very important requests for me: Number one, a little corner or small dwelling with you there in heaven. Number two, that You join me in every moment of my life and give me support, assistance, and encouragement; would not have to worry about anything, just to worship and praise with canticles and prayers always in constant communion with the Lord. I tell you that to my amazement the Lord approved my request. How did I know?  Simple, because then my heart  was full with  gladness and joy, but that joy that the world does not give. Then I said Lord, You know that the only gift that I have to Seal this agreement is my repentant heart and my tears. He accepted, smiled and left.

Now I want to ask you a sincere and pretty invitation: Rehearse in one sleepless night and engage in a conversation with the Lord Jesus, asking whatever you want, but with faith, sincerity, and humility. Do not forget that God looks by far the proud, but gives a special grace to the humble. So this is how God not only accepts your dialogue, but also consider the desires of your heart. Whenever one has a special touch of communion with the Lord, full of love comes from God. The evidence of the presence of God in us and with us is LOVE AMONG US because love gives life to life. Again, the Lord smiled to me and that smile struck me so that I can smile to my neighbors, anyone who ever be projecting the love of God.
