My husband and I were raised in Catholic families in Colombia, and from an early age our parents taught us the fundamental moral principles of the Catholic religion. But on April of 1989, when we were born again, we began to understand the true meaning of being a Christian and since then our relationship with God has become more personal. Since then we began to write. José Joaquin wrote reflections about the love of God and messages of hope for humanity, and I wrote wise advice for all families everywhere.

THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE

We are a handful of souls who joyfully follow you, Lord, and we do not want to rest, following the beautiful paths that lead us to the afterlife.

Let us fill Heaven's piggy bank with glory, for during our lifetime we have enough to fill it.

The golden rule to be sure of our salvation: May we have nothing to hide in our intimate life. Satan's ways are all liars in the shadows and camouflaged by darkness. It is a world of hypocrisy, deceit, and much to hide. If you have anything to hide in your life, you are wrong and cannot live in peace.

The truth is that everything from the Lord is clarity, love, and light. I want to tell you very clearly that in our intimate life there should be nothing, absolutely nothing to hide. With the Lord, we walk with our heads held high toward eternity. I repeat the golden rule: that in our intimate life there should be nothing to hide because God knows hearts, and nothing can be hidden from Him. So if you have something hidden, you're going wrong. Let's be careful, because death surprises us when we least expect it, and if we go without the Beloved, what will our eternity be like? Let us repent, for we still have time. Our friendship with the Lord cannot fail us, and we can only preserve it if we keep our intimacy pure, having nothing to hide.

In God's beautiful ways, there is nothing to hide, because He knows our thoughts even before we are born. But Lord, as You know everything, we prostrate ourselves reverently before Your Majesty. Make us wax and wick, because You are our heavenly Beloved.

If you are a transparent person who has nothing to hide, you are a child of God who moves in the presence of God and seeks perfection to please God. We must all achieve this; this is our great aspiration.

See you soon, and enjoy your meal.

Sincerely,

José Joaquín Agudelo G.
