Hello family and friends of the blog. Today I want to talk to you about a very important topic which is 'our emotions' that encompasses everyone, believers and non-believers.
It is a paradox that human beings discard organic waste and at the same time preserve 'emotional waste'. As soon as we can, we are willing to take out the organic garbage, but we live for many years with emotional toxic garbage. Keep the already fetid organic garbage at home for a day to realize your foolishness. It is absurd and nefarious to
cultivate hatred, guilt, anger, rancor or fear in the soul, which are emotional poisons that make the soul and body sick. These poisons will be erased with a generous and sincere forgiveness. Remember that what we need is to be in communion with God, resting in his power, choosing to forget yesterday, and looking with eyes of love to accept that many times our offenders were unaware of their offense. It is necessary to preserve peace with God and not accumulate emotional
garbage harmful to the mind, soul and body. Life teaches us to take advantage of time and time teaches us to value life, also that prayer leads to sacrifice and effort to triumph. We were not made just to seek happiness; we were made to seek God. When we look for God, we realize that we
achieve absolute happiness. Do not forget that 'being happy' is not having a perfect life, but recognizing that life is worth living despite all difficulties, taking care of our thoughts. People could learn a lot from the mistakes if we weren't so busy denying them. God is not the author or creator of evil, but it exists due to the absence of God in our hearts.
