THE PROMISES OF THE LORD

 

For all the promises of God are in Him yes, and in Him amen, through us, for the glory of God.

Hello family and friends. Today I want to share with you a beautiful topic that highlights God's promises for those of us who seek and believe in Him. Do not allow the problems to absorb you so much that you only talk about them, rather raise up and be focused on the promises of the Lord and let us say like the prophet David: 'I am despondent, but you  are my rock; in need, but you  are my provider; I feel sad, but you are my comfort. But, but, but... You are my castle, You are the one who opens roads, You fight my battles, You defend me from my enemies, but I have not seen just helpless nor his seed begging for bread, but You are my shepherd and nothing will be missing me, but You are my coat, but You are my cloth of tears, but You are my ransom, but You are my portion, but You are my blessing'  Lord, You are everything to me!

The battles of life are continuous and are not won by the strongest, but by the one who never doubts that it is God who gives victory. Let us not forget that there is no way to go back to the time that has already passed to correct our mistakes, but if there is time, and it is at this very moment, to put your life in God's hands. Time is slow when we wait for and it's fast when we're late, it's devastating when we're sad, it's short when we're happy, it's endless when we're in pain, it's long when we're bored, it's beautiful when we're in love. Time will always be determined by your feelings, but our times are in God's hands.

Did you know what the Gospel is? The Gospel is not motivation, it is salvation. It's not empowerment, it's repentance.  It's not self-promotion, it's self-denial. It's not material wealth, it's spiritual wealth. It's not greatness, it's purity. It's not accumulating, it's giving.  It's not prosperity, it's holiness. It is not ambition, it is consecration. It's not opulence, it's obedience.  It's not being a winner, it's being a server. The Gospel is not about us, it is about JESUS CHRIST.  Sometimes it is necessary for life to shake us very hard to realize that the time we have now is not to waste it.  I tell you that talking about God is very good, but talking to God is better. So I simply want to achieve my dreams, overcome my limits, and succeed with the Lord's help to be better than yesterday.  If you want to change the world, go home to give a lot of love to your family. This is what is being needed all over the earth.
