My husband and I were raised in Catholic families in Colombia, and from an early age our parents taught us the fundamental moral principles of the Catholic religion. But on April of 1989, when we were born again, we began to understand the true meaning of being a Christian and since then our relationship with God has become more personal. Since then we began to write. José Joaquin wrote reflections about the love of God and messages of hope for humanity, and I wrote wise advice for all families everywhere.

REFLECTIONS ON ETERNITY

I speak to all the people who would like to hear this message. You, dear reader, also make up a part of the community of people that will stand accountable before the Lord; whether we like it or not, our heavenly Father designed it this way.
We also know that after death there is only one of two places where we can go. If we do not go to one, we go to another, but we cannot go to both at the same time. Eternal life for those of us who follow our Lord JESUS CHRIST in obedience while we’re on this Earth, leading lives that we have used to bring glory to His holy name. There is no doubt that we will live with Him for all eternity.
But if we do not give our life to the Lord and we look down upon the divine grace He has shown us, our lives will become an eternal hell. You could ask me, “how do you know this?” And I would answer you, “JESUS himself told us before His death and even after His death.” With His resurrection he brought us the same message, the good news, the message of salvation. In truth the Lord returned to confirm and reaffirm it.
Besides, as if this were not enough, I would answer you and that God who will judge us also gives us sufficient capacity to understand this through his Holy Spirit. But remember, what we will experience is our response to Him. What is yours?
                      Sincerely your brother in Christ,
                                                               Jose Joaquin Agudelo G.

THE WILL OF GOD IS THAT WE GROW

Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.
Hebrews 11:1

Beloved family and friends of the Blog, today I want to share a message about God’s will and faith, written by John Mason, I hope you apply it to your lives.

We realize that there are people that we know that are in the same place they were fifteen years ago, carrying the same dreams, same baggage, same problems, the same way of thinking, the same opportunities, and the same excuses. Why don’t these people go anywhere? This is because they forgot that God’s will for all of us is that we grow in all areas; that we constantly be learning as if we were going to live forever and to live as if we were going to die tomorrow. The person that stops learning becomes old, whether they’re twenty years old or eighty. If you think the cost education is expensive, you should see the cost of ignorance. Therefore we should go the extra mile, do a bit more:
Don’t just exist, live.
Don’t just hear, listen.
Don’t just agree, participate.
Don’t just talk, communicate.
Don’t just grow, flourish.
Don’t just spend, invest.
Don’t just think, act.
Don’t just work, stand out and excel.
Don’t just share, give.
Don’t just speak, discern.
Don’t just forgive, forget.
Don’t just help, serve.
Don’t just coexist, reconcile.
Don’t just sing, worship.
Don’t just dream, act on it.
Don’t just see, perceive.
Don’t just read, apply what you read.
Don’t just choose, focus.
Don’t just receive, return.
Don’t just wish, believe.
Don’t just give advice, help.
Don’t just talk, minister.
Don’t just encourage, inspire.
Don’t just add, multiply.
Don’t just change, improve.
Don’t just ponder, pray.
Don’t just reach out, attain.
Don’t just live, live for CHRIST.

We need a lot of faith to achieve. Therefore let’s be a people of faith. To lament is to look back, to worry is to look around you, but faith is to look up. Your life will be bigger or smaller depending on your faith. Faith is action; it’s never a passive attitude. The world says that you have to see something to believe it, but faith says you must believe to see. The great modern plague is doubt, but faith is the antidote. True faith is believing everything the Word of God says. Don’t just look at the circumstances, but look at the God’s promises. What are you focusing on? I encourage you to look at God’s promises because He never fails.

! God never fails! That’s true. Time and time again we see the evidence of this in our lives and the lives of those around us. Learn to be sensitive to the Word of God and be attentive to the things that happen around you. The Lord wants us to live in obedience and in faith and He will give us a life of abundance and joy, the joy of being with Him. Do you want to lead a life like this?

                                        With love,
                                                                 Maria Fanny Agudelo

FRIEND INHABITANT OF PLANET EARTH

Friend inhabitant of planet Earth, the truths that I will appoint you may know or not know, or perhaps you know this but you are not clear, or may you  think they are for others and not for you;  you are wrong, greatly mistaken.

We were born because God wanted it, that was his blessed desire that we can exist  and he created us in his image and likeness.
We exist with or without Him forever. With Him, the Heaven  and without Him, Hell. But we follow the Lord God  and no one can take away this right. What a happiness! This is a simply  invitation that we want to  offer you  to have the precise time that is suitable for life; because after this life ends the doors will close forever  and never will be open again. This little business is serious, so many times we prefer not to consider  because that terrifies us.

But we trust the God's Word says we speaking of our Lord Jesus Christ, "... and there salvation in any other for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we can be saved." (Acts 4:12). With this information alone would suffice, however in Sacred Scripture we find many more; I advise you to read it often. You  will not regret if you put these teachings into practice.

    Sincerely,  your friend in heart,

LITTLE MIRACLES

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise; be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth continues through all generations. Psalm 100:4-5

Dear blog friends, I keep sharing with all of you interesting things written by John Mason. He speaks us about the gratitude and about the little common miracles which are not so small.  Let’s enjoy reading, discovering the details and practicing this message

Do not forget that we will be remembered by our actions, not by our words. Life is not measured by every breath we take, but by the things that take our breath away. Today I wish you a day of ordinary miracles such as a fresh cup of coffee for you which your partner has prepared; an unexpected call from an old friend; green lights on the way to work; a smile on the face of your spouse and the joy of your children when you has arrived home. Also I wish you a day full of little miracles from which you will feel  thankfulness, such as  shortest line at the supermarket, hearing your favorite song, finding your keys exactly where you are looking for, cute embracing of your children just because you're their dad or mother, grandfather or grandmother, or loved ones.

I Wish you a day full of happiness and little pieces of perfection that make you feel that God is smiling you and cutely holding because you are someone special and unique. I wish you a day full of peace and tranquility. Remember someone said that it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate her or him, a day to love her or him, but a lifetime to forget her or him. Be happy because the stone will never be very large and the injustices finally receive its counterpart.  The pain can be overcome and the truth insists; the courage overcomes fear and makes you stronger; the mistakes teach you.   Know surely that nobody is perfect.  Be happy is easy, but what is difficult is to be simple.

Remember, the positive people change the world while the negative people keep the world such as it is. A different world can not be built by indifferent people. When you do not understand the reasons, leave reasoning and accept. Give thanks to God and the other ones many times a day because it is very important, because of all human feelings gratitude leaves less memory. The degree of your gratitude is a sure measure of your spiritual health.

A thankful heart will find some heavenly blessing every minute. Do not forget that the beginning of  rebellion of man against God was and is the lack of a grateful and humble heart. Someone said, God has given me a wonderful life, but it looks like that I have been slept; therefore I regret not enjoying my life, not  being grateful and not to appreciate my life much more.  Do not forget that the great tragedy of life is not death. The great tragedy of life is what we let die inside us while we are alive.  Happy that person who thinks before acting and prays before thinking because God blesses him and will be able to look at the world and to smile.
Thank God every day for the many blessings that you receive from Him.

Life is full of little details; if we do not let them go unnoticed then we are rejoicing in the Lord enjoying this creation of God. And when I say ‘this creation’ I am including all the beauty our eyes can see from near and far: The glow in a full moon night in the fall, the bright and soft sunshine on a spring day, the cool breeze in a day summer, and the whiteness of snow in a beautiful winter day.

We have to enjoy the beautiful creation in which God placed us because only then we will be full of gratitude to the Lord.  Who did see the birth of a baby and then don't lift the eyes into heaven to say 'thank God for the miracle of life'?  Let’s enjoy more of our loved ones and we will feel a heart full of love and gratitude to God.  I as a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother practice what I am advising all of you; Do you want practice it too?

One day we will enjoy a new creation, but the new heavens and new earth will be only for those who received Jesus Christ into their hearts.  Just will enter there persons with humble, obedient and grateful heart. Do you want to enjoy the new creation?

                                    With love,

JESUS CHRIST OUR ONLY SAVIOR

Heavenly Father I would give you all my brothers that currently exist in the world to give them a little hand of love like you do with us when we invoke you.
Dear friend you're not going to invite you to escape the Kingdom where we will all go.

The Kingdom is called JESUS our dear Redeemer, who is God with us, the true Savior.

One day we woke up you because you were asleep in the stern of the boat and we were dying of fear that the boat was sinking.

Travelers today are all humans who eagerly got up to invoke our God.

Let continue with these thoughts because we do not want to leave, they are the beauties from above that will get us.

Heavenly Father we feel you close and we do not let you go, you're such a beauty for eternity.

I never get tired of dreaming Heavenly Father, thank you for the Holy Spirit to give us always.

Finally I want to thank you for the words you gave me today.

My wish is that all your elected be aware of these thoughts and decide to surrender to you today

Sincerely your brother in Christ,
