My husband and I were raised in Catholic families in Colombia, and from an early age our parents taught us the fundamental moral principles of the Catholic religion. But on April of 1989, when we were born again, we began to understand the true meaning of being a Christian and since then our relationship with God has become more personal. Since then we began to write. José Joaquin wrote reflections about the love of God and messages of hope for humanity, and I wrote wise advice for all families everywhere.

CONSIDERATIONS THAT REACH TO THE HEART

Enter through the narrow gate because wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction and there are many who enter through it; because narrow is the door and narrow is the path that leads to life and there are few who find it.

Matthew 7:13-14

The word “few” worries me greatly in something as delicate as our eternal life. This seems like the Enemy has the advantage over us and the devil takes the big slice. This cannot be, it cannot be, but I know that God has specific plans even if we do not understand them. We do not understand, Father God, that these things happen, but if this is how they have to be, we gladly accept them. What I can understand is the freedom you give us to accept your invitation. I also know that the future of souls is in Your divine hands Lord. It is our turn to follow you Lord. What a precious gift the Holy Spirit gives us when we meditate on the God of Heaven, the God of love.

You will see what you do with me Father God, in the Name of JESUS I give you my heart. The Holy Spirit illuminates the simple hearts that prostrate themselves before the Lord and do not allow anything that causes distraction. Let's imagine a trip to the eternal fields of God and see what a great delight it is to walk with the Lord.

I would like, Father, to surrender my life before your holy presence and with it all my misery and the great poverty that is in my heart. You are the blessed King of my life, I cannot change You, we go with You because You are the most beautiful thing there is. You are the God of Heaven and we cannot doubt it. You are our blessed beloved with whom we will be. With You we will be forever in your divine arms and we long for no more. We could write something about other things, but I want to finish so as not to make this longer.

Cordially,

COMPLAINTS FROM A FATHER

Hello family and friends. We all know that the celebration of Mother's Day has been around for many years. I have already told you in previous messages how it came about.  It has always been a very beautiful and pertinent celebration, but I have asked myself several times why the same emphasis is not placed on parents since they occupy a large and important place in the family. That is why today I want not only to bless and exalt the parents, but also to tell you some of their complaints.

Let's start first with the prayer of some parents to God: Lord we always have a very long list of requests for You but now mine is short; I only ask that our offspring be notable for no sodomism, no communism, no abortions, no divorces, no adopted pets replacing children or siblings, no pornography, and above all no disbelief, in the Name of JESUS, amen and amen, Hallelujah.

Now I continue with the complaints of a father: Son, I have not carried you in my womb, but I do protect you, your father did not suffer the disorders of pregnancy, but he did contribute to your embryo and take care of your mother. A father cannot give birth to a child, but he does hold the mother's hand to give her courage. A father also remains anxious and sleepless waiting for the birth of his son. Dad silently cares and prays for the lives of his wife and son. Dad helps you with the bath, with bandages and changing diapers while your mom gains strength. Your dad can't breastfeed you, but he can help your mom eat well and rest. Your daddy knows how to hug, comfort, play, and help when you need it. Your dad has an important role like your mom because the day the baby is born he is also afraid of not doing everything right, because he is willing to do everything as well as possible. Remember that dad is dad because he loves the baby and his mother unconditionally.  The love between dad and mom is an automatic key that leads a family to prosperity and a healthy environment.  The well-established family always revolves around the father and the mother.  By watching father and mother how they treat each other, children will learn the most fundamental lessons of life. Everything you teach your children, right or wrong, will be planted deep in their hearts and mainly by example. This is why it is so important for dad and mom to know JESUS CHRIST so that He is the center of the home. Families of the earth, please invite the Lord JESUS into your lives and homes.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

With love,

Maria Fanny Agudelo
