My husband and I were raised in Catholic families in Colombia, and from an early age our parents taught us the fundamental moral principles of the Catholic religion. But on April of 1989, when we were born again, we began to understand the true meaning of being a Christian and since then our relationship with God has become more personal. Since then we began to write. José Joaquin wrote reflections about the love of God and messages of hope for humanity, and I wrote wise advice for all families everywhere.

THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN LIVING IN THE ARMS OF THE LORD

Our great desire of love is to distribute the messages of the Lord. Everything that I have recorded in my heart is for the Beloved who one day will judge us (2Corinthians 5:10). I want to delight in beautiful things such as, among others, God's smile (Numbers 6:25-26).

I want to invite all the inhabitants of planet Earth to go confidently into the holy presence of God. Holy Spirit, enlighten me in the divine ways of the Lord.

It is something from yesterday but more from the present, which a legion of angels will take us to where we are going to spend eternity. All of us who enjoy life want to invoke You, so that You can take us all together to that heavenly mansion. Let's go, let's go, don't stay stuck; Look children, what a charm it is to go with the Beloved.

It is that our duration is eternal, we had a beginning but we have no end. Heaven is our home in the afterlife, which is what our beloved God has prepared for us.

Oh! Beautiful Father, I have nothing but my heart, that is the only thing I can give you, but take it whole and leave nothing behind, my Heavenly Beloved. Don't leave me empty-handed, Dad, I want to fill them with charm and your goodness that You share with us who believe in You and we cannot doubt that.

I want to end by praying for the abandoned peoples who do not believe in the Lord JESUS; how I would enjoy preaching to you something from the Word of God. May the Lord fill me with his light and his goodness. Although I don't know you, I pray for you that you receive JESUS CHRIST in your lives and one day we will meet in Heaven.

Cordially,

MY 91st BIRTHDAY

Hello family and friends. Let me talk to you about old age from my own experience. In the third age, time is dressed in whispers of the past and dances in history.  The wrinkles like verses trace the path taken, harvesting experiences in the garden of the past.  The sun caresses my face marked by years and in the twilight of life wisdom flourishes, harvesting the peace that youth does not know. In the third age one finds serenity as if it were a mature poem full of truth.  I close my eyes, think of God, embrace calm and then my experience rises transcending into stillness.  I realize that life is very short, since there is no time for arguments, apologies, ingratitude, much less giving up. There is only time to love but for a moment, because we are like a sigh or like the mist (James 4:14); So let's enjoy it before the air runs out.

Blessed are those who understand how clumsy my walk is

and how unsteady my pulse is. Blessed are those who understand that my ears strain to hear. Blessed are those who realize that my eyes are clouded. Blessed are those who understand me when I spill breakfast on the table. Blessed are those who with a kind smile decide to talk to me. Blessed are those who tolerate the failures of my memory and never say: 'You have already repeated the same story several times.' Blessed are those who know how to awaken stories from my past. Blessed are those who let me know that I am loved and respected and that I am not alone. Blessed are those who understand how difficult it is to find strength at this age to continue fighting. Blessed are all those who with much love accompany me in these difficult times of my life.

We cannot forget the grandmothers, nor the great-grandmothers; I am one of them because I have eleven children, thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. We must turn to them, since they teach us to mend relationships and put our hearts back together, also to repair family wounds, to fight for what is worth it, and to once again address the value of life.  So don't yell at them, don't blame them, listen to them in silence, give them all your attention even if they always tell you the same thing, be patient, laugh with them.  Even if you think that they have nothing left to teach you, go see them as many times as you can, don't make them feel alone. Bring them a flower, give them a kiss, a caress, a smile, a little walk, and if you don't have time, find it and call her and tell her you're coming soon, do it before that chair is empty; she's waiting for you since she has a lot to say to you, but little to give to you.

I tell you that when we feel that the years are passing we

should not pretend to be younger, it would be much better if we were happier, because this way we rejuvenate ourselves much more.  We grow old when we think too much about ourselves and forget about others; also when we close ourselves to new ideas or stop fighting for life.  In youth we learn and in old age we understand.  People are not valuable for how long they live, but for the traces they leave.  God bless all families where there are elderly people and take care of them and love them.

We definitely learn more to value, respect, and love the elderly when we have the love of JESUS CHRIST in our hearts. Receive JESUS in your heart today and you will begin to love in a new dimension.

                                        With love,

NOT ONE STEP BACK

Not one step back in the beautiful ways of God.

But, oh God, you have to help us so that with smiles and songs we can rejoice with the Lord.

But not one step back to cross the paths of life because in the arms of the Lord they become sweet melodies.

We go with you Dad, precious owner of our souls, and you are so beautiful that we will not change you for anyone.

Do not abandon the lost souls of the world Father, see that they are the work of your hands and no one else's.

Look Father, souls are being lost, do not allow the devil to take them; that is why we appeal to You my King.

Those who are far from the Lord would do well to correct themselves because an eternity without the Lord is very hard: Heaven or hell, there is no intermediate place.

Dear brother and friend, if you only knew how easy it is to save yourself; Surrender to the Lord, He takes care of that business. The solution is called JESUS CHRIST. You have to be nothing more than a friend of the Lord. Eternity is eternity, where we go after death, we remain there never to return. Come to JESUS CHRIST right now!

GOLDEN RULE

Hello family and friends.  Today I want to remind you that three or four years ago I spoke to you about the golden rule.  Today I want to talk to you about the same topic since it is important and beautiful.  But I want to talk to you about the golden rule from a biblical perspective of how we should treat each other.

In the Holy Bible in Matthew 7:12 it says: “Whatever you want men to do to you, do so to them; for this is the law and the prophets.”

Let's introduce the topic by talking a little about FAITH in

JESUS CHRIST. This is very necessary to be able to practice the Golden Rule. We have to be people of great faith if we want to have beautiful achievements without regretting or looking back; Worry always looks around, but faith always looks up. Faith is action, never passive activity. The world says: 'See and then believe'; Faith says: 'Believe and then see.' The great modern plague is doubt. True faith is that which refuses to believe anything that is contrary to the Word of God. So don't look at the circumstances or conditions, but at the promises of God.

Always seeking UNITY in the midst of the home, in the family, and in the church, is a sign of God's presence and therefore of his blessings (Psalm 133).

Now I want to remind you of the golden rule that I had told you years ago. I expressed this through important themes in interpersonal relationships. I started with punctuality since it is the soul of courtesy. Punctuality means order, respect, responsibility and positive attitude. Punctuality is gold and more than gold.  You can know how much money you have, but you can't know how much time you have left to live. Life teaches us to take advantage of time and time teaches us to take advantage of life.  Don't forget that time with loved ones cannot be bought with money.  Happy are

those who have them and know how to enjoy them, take advantage of them and value them, because it is the best project and gift from God. So forgive each other, tolerate each other, respect each other and love each other, stop fighting over trivial things and rather thank God for the family.   I tell you that gratitude is the beginning of abundance, so be grateful for being alive, for your health and for your family. This is who? This is first gratitude to God and each other. Let's practice the Golden Rule and enjoy our loved ones.

                                        With love,
