My husband and I were raised in Catholic families in Colombia, and from an early age our parents taught us the fundamental moral principles of the Catholic religion. But on April of 1989, when we were born again, we began to understand the true meaning of being a Christian and since then our relationship with God has become more personal. Since then we began to write. José Joaquin wrote reflections about the love of God and messages of hope for humanity, and I wrote wise advice for all families everywhere.

LET US FOLLOW THE ROUTES OF THE LORD AND DO NOT CHANGE DIRECTION

There is no other way, there is not. When one has a pretty beautiful girlfriend, we say compliments of love to her, but much more than love for a girlfriend, we love You, Lord. The radiant morning sun shines on us, but more than the morning sun the sun of eternity shines on us. We will always receive the difficulties of life because they lead us to a happy future. I am one more passenger in the fields of the Lord and we do all those journeys for the glory of God. The dreams of our life are melodies of love and we collect them complete to deliver them to the Lord. One more day in our life is cause for concern because it is one day less to meet the

Lord. But better than worry is charm and joy in God's blessed ways. If we start the day in prayer, everything we do during the day is a tremendous blessing. With immense joy we bow before the Lord of glory to implore his infinite mercy. If it weren't for that Heaven that you have promised us, what sense would it make to live this life? Your friendship is called Heaven and we cannot doubt that; we go with the Lord to the

heavenly mansion. This is what I can tell you my divine savior because they are words from the heart. We have something else to tell you, Father, don't let us go because if you let us go, where will we end up? We are going with you Lord and no one can forbid us because you are the way and our blessed future.

Cordially,

Jose Joaquin Agudelo G

WRITER'S NOTE: For all those who read this message, I give you a very cordial greeting and the most beautiful advice so that we never leave the Lord.

SCREAMING MOM

Hello family and friends of this Blog. I am going to start this message with the writing of a very sincere Colombian paisa lady, especially because of her language and feelings:

“My mother would say, ‘of course you have a maid!’ When it rained, I would hear my mother yell, ‘the clothes bring them in.’ She also yelled, ‘Time to eat,’ and no one paid any attention to her. Mom also told me, 'as long as you're under

this roof you have to obey me.' She would call me by my full name when she got angry. My mother taught me dental techniques by telling me, 'if you answer me like that again, I'll pull out your teeth.' She taught me to save by saying, 'save those tears for when I die.' She taught me logic because I would come asking 'what is there to eat? And she would answer me, 'food.' She taught me Mathematics telling me, 'when we get home we will settle accounts.' For these and many more reasons I love my mother. If you love your mother, love her now that you have her and don't make her suffer. You can even put this writing on your wall so that you

remember her now and not when she is gone. What I am, I am going to soak this paper with tears, because with my rebellion I did not follow her advice or give her the love she deserved."

I want to tell you that this lady is my niece Marta Luz and I want to express my feelings to her and publicly congratulate her because with her writing she gives glory to God by recognizing the value of a mother and at the same time is encouraging all our children so that they do not fall in the same error. Be very clear that the role of mothers is very similar to JESUS CHRIST who died for all of us, just as mothers give their lives for their children. The advice to all children is, “Listen, my son, to your father's instruction, and do not despise your mother's direction; because they will be an adornment of grace on your head and necklaces on your neck.” (Proverbs 1: 8-9). Do this in life, in life children.

But if you already lost your mother, I know you're sad, but

don't cry anymore, pray. Don't cry for what you lost, fight for what you have left. Don't cry for the one who already died, fight for what has been born of you. Don't cry because they don't love you, fight for who loves you. Don't cry for your past, fight for your present. Don't cry for your sufferings, fight for your joys. Remember, with everything that happens to you, you learn that nothing is impossible with the Lord. Just follow JESUS CHRIST praying and hoping. For God everything is possible!

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!

With love,

Maria Fanny Agudelo
