My husband and I were raised in Catholic families in Colombia, and from an early age our parents taught us the fundamental moral principles of the Catholic religion. But on April of 1989, when we were born again, we began to understand the true meaning of being a Christian and since then our relationship with God has become more personal. Since then we began to write. José Joaquin wrote reflections about the love of God and messages of hope for humanity, and I wrote wise advice for all families everywhere.

I KNOW NOT HOW TO EXPRESS THESE WAVES OF LOVE THAT GAVE ME GOD

Let’s make lines and lines of people in the blessed, blessed camps of God. Let’s go with all the multitudes of souls we can, praising the Lord. Let’s raise the roof with parties, celebrate the incomparable joy of traveling with GOD!! Let’s organize the multitudes and multitudes that we want to follow our God; with the one-legged, the one-armed, the black, the white, the one-eyed, people with great capacity, and those with little or none. The important thing is that we abandon sin and be willing to follow Him in holiness.
Daddy God, What a marvelous place it is that You have prepared to take us with You! Your creatures adore You; we are overjoyed with the felicity that we feel with You. It is such an honor to think this way and to know that You are the Friend that never lies. But as for cowards and scoffers, the abominable and homicides, the fornicators and sorcerers, the idolaters, and every liar, will have their part in the lake of brimstone and fire, which is the second death (Revelations 21:8). But we don’t do those things. We’re going with Thee Abba to Heaven, that Heaven of splendor, and we won’t settle for anything less; for You are so beautiful and merciful Daddy. Our Lord Jesus Christ bought us at the price of His divine blood and we’re going to sing forevermore.
Regarding perfection, we have all failed, but we want to fail no more. O God, don’t erase us from the Book of Life, Daddy, because that would be so scary. We trust in Your divine mercy. Amen.
“Be, therefore, perfect, even as Your Father in Heaven is perfect.” (Mateo 5:48). That means that PERFECTION is possible! I want to reach it Lord.
I would love to tell y’all much more, but I don’t know how to express these waves of love that gives me the Lord.
Cordially,
Jose J. Agudelo

MOTHER’S DAY 2017

“Love never fades.” 1st Corinthian 13:8
Hello family and friends. Remember, mothers play a very important role on this earth, for God ordained it that way. Just think: Which one of you did not come into this world through a mother? Even God Himself sought out a young, godly, pretty mother to send His Only Son Jesus, our redeemer, into this earth. Did you know that (right after Jesus,) mothers are the ones who know how to love the best?
They love without condition and are willing to give everything and get nothing in return. Did you ever ask yourself: “Why on earth am I on earth?” You know, you are a person or being created by God, made from pure love, and you were made to perfect on what you are; or simply put: your mission is to love yourself and to love others. Love is sacrifice, truth, respect, time, generosity, forgiveness, faith, and admiration. Love is also tenderness, humility, strength, freedom, comprehension, simplicity, harmony, trust, and patience. You ought to cultivate and perfect these virtues. So regardless of whatever may be your problem, your love is the answer; regardless of your pain, your love is the answer; regardless of the crisis, your love is the answer. Never forget that moms are different: some are young, some are old; others caring, tall, committed, quiet, thoughtful, friendly, explosive, working, strong, teachers, nurses, physiologists, mother and father at the same time, contemplative, kind, loving; some very believing and godly. Whatever her personality, all mothers are fabulous and deserve respect and love always.
I am completely sure that no mother has a favorite child, rather they’re fickle. They’re very dedicated to a disabled or sick child; always praying to God for the one that left, so that he/she returns; for the unemployed child until he/she finds a job; for the one in school, until he/she graduates; for the one who cries, until God blesses him/her; for the prodigal child, doing wrong, until he/she returns. In this way we put a smile on God’s face and He will soon make it that people be pleased with us mothers too. God did not promise us to go through the sea of this life without storms, but rather that He would give us strength enough to endure them and the promise that we would reach land, safe and sound, if you ask and trust Him for it.
Happy Mother’s Day!
With love,
Maria Fanny Agudelo
