My husband and I were raised in Catholic families in Colombia, and from an early age our parents taught us the fundamental moral principles of the Catholic religion. But on April of 1989, when we were born again, we began to understand the true meaning of being a Christian and since then our relationship with God has become more personal. Since then we began to write. José Joaquin wrote reflections about the love of God and messages of hope for humanity, and I wrote wise advice for all families everywhere.

SINS AGAINST THE HOLY SPIRIT

So here is what I tell you. Every sin and every evil word spoken against God will be forgiven. But speaking evil things against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven. Matthew 12: 31-32

It’s incredible that there are people that actually find themselves in that horrible situation! Heavenly Father, have mercy on us and we get never to this situation. Keep us as the apple of God's eyes because we want to belong or believe in nothing, but just holy Gospels and all the beautiful teachings of the holy book: The Bible.
Let’s determine which are the sins against the Holy Spirit or at least ask enough understanding for this topic that is not easy. One blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is giving all the power to the devil that belongs to God only, such as: healing, miracles, deliverance, and wonders. I also think it's abomination to have practices such as: witchcraft, astrology, and omens such as: Load snails in ones pocket for good luck or many other nonsense that deceive us fully in our lives. People who practice these things do not know to God.
I would add a little more to this message. Anyone who reads this message, I will tell you that all of us have the same Creator who made us in his image.

And even greater, if we choose to follow and obey Him, then He makes us His children. As children, we all have the same Father and the Father wants to take us all to Heaven without missing anyone. God wants all to repent and to be saved. We are truly saved by his great mercy because he bought us for the price of the redeeming blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In other words, he died on the cross for us. So God open the doors of glory for all whom in obedience and love accepts salvation.

Cordially,

AN INTERESTING STUDY

Hello family and friends of the Blog, today I want to share an email from my youngest son, Alonso. I think he briefly tells us something very important that Christian psychologists advise us so that we can successfully behave in society.

This is an interesting study that I find very useful, and it was published some years ago by Durham Duke University in North Carolina, USA, on 8 points to achieve emotional and mental stability.

1) Get rid of the suspicions and resentments; with this you cannot have peace and quiet.
2) Do not live the past; this leads to mental depression. Remembering the past is sometimes nice, but do not stay there.
3) Do not waste time and energy fighting conditions you cannot change. We are not talking about things that you can change or improve your life and your personality, but things and circumstances that are unavoidable.
4) Strive to remain in the world of the living. Do activities. Do not isolate or lock yourself in a room.
5) Refuse to fall into shame when life gives you a raw deal. The permanent sorrow of things that happen is no solution to move forward. All bad experiences happen to us in life, we all have problems.
6) Cultivate the old virtues of love, humor, compassion and loyalty. It is the only way to have peace with others in our society.
7) Do not expect too much of yourself. Know your limits and be realistic.
8) Accept Jesus Christ in your heart because He is our Creator and Redeemer.
The study ends here. Let me tell you my opinion. These eight points can be summarized in two:
1) Jesus Christ can not be left out of our plans in daily life.

2) Do not isolate yourself mentally and physically.

Our father, Jose J. Agudelo, lived all his life with these principles, a man who lived every day of his life based and sustained by faith in which failure was not an option.
This concludes the thoughts of my son, Alonso.

Remember my children that this May 7, 2015 we would celebrate the 98 years of my husband, but how wonderful that he is celebrating with our Heavenly Father there in Heaven where he still loves us, because we all know that love is eternal and God is everlasting. Never forget what he said: “All of my children shall be in Heaven with me. If God allows me, I'll take list". So, my dear children, your earthly father and our Heavenly Father are waiting for us in Heaven.

What a joy to think and know that everything will be like this, because he left us a wonderful legacy: Faith in our Lord JESUS CHRIST. And I want to leave this same legacy to the readers of this Blog.

With love,
